After more than a decade working with some of the world's finest luxury and lifestyle hotels — from iconic properties in London to hidden gems across the globe — I've learned one thing above everything else: where you stay changes everything.
It started with a genuine love of travel. Of arriving somewhere new and feeling it immediately — the way a great hotel makes you exhale the moment you walk in. The light, the welcome, the detail that tells you someone thought about this. That feeling became an obsession, and that obsession became a career.
I spent years on both sides of the industry. Building relationships with properties and the people who run them. Understanding what separates a beautiful hotel from a truly exceptional one. Learning that the difference is rarely the thread count or the marble — it's the intention behind every detail, and the feeling it creates when you arrive.
R&R Away was born from all of it. The travel. The relationships. The belief that experiences are what we carry with us long after everything else fades. Not the things we own, but the moments we collect — a breakfast with a view that stopped conversation, a room that felt like it was made for you, a trip the whole family still talks about.
